WHAT IS FREEWILL?

Freewill is a social confidence app that gives you one real-world challenge per day. Not journaling, not affirmations, but actual things to go do. Talk to a stranger. Make the call you've been avoiding. Speak up in the room.

Every challenge is grounded in CBT and exposure therapy, the most validated methods for reducing social anxiety. You rate how you think it'll go before, and how it actually went after. Over time, you watch your own predictions get proven wrong. Your brain updates. That's the rewire.

As you complete challenges, your hermit crab evolves through 7 stages, from hiding in its shell to fully emerged. Every stage is proof you showed up for yourself.

Challenges start small and grow with you, and you move at your own pace, one day at a time. There's no finish line and no set end date. It's a daily practice, and the confidence keeps building as long as you keep showing up.

Inside the app, the Cove is where you find your people. Share how a challenge went, send Snaps, and join rooms for the situations that stress you out.
